Surrey Mold Removal was founded in 2015 by certified remediation technicians who had spent years inside national franchise operations - and kept running into the same issue: homeowners receiving generic, disconnected service from people who had no investment in the community, no familiarity with local housing stock, and no accountability beyond the corporate call centre.

We planted roots in Surrey - a city we live in, work in, and know well. Our founding commitment was straightforward: conduct accurate assessments, remediate to current industry standards, resolve the moisture source that caused the mold, and handle the insurance claim so our customers never have to fight that battle alone.

Eleven years on, we've completed over 3,100 mold assessments and remediations across Surrey, Delta, Langley, Richmond, and the wider Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley region. Every job follows current industry remediation protocols, includes third-party clearance testing, and is backed by our local reputation - not a franchise agreement.
